Module FedEx XML (Q) not working

I have entered the correct Account number and Meter number for FedEx. I know these numbers are valid but I get the following errors.

Invalid value in element PackageCount

How can I fix this ?

can you enable debug mode in the module configuration and try to refresh the shipping page. Then PM the content of the fedex_debug.txt file that is created in your store's root folder
