Broken language download

The download for the Bulgarian language doesnt work. It streams for download a text file called "bulgarian" with the text

Hi guys, thanks for the reply. It seems the download doesn't work in Firefox (using 2.0.0.6). After you said it is OK, I tried and downloaded it successfully with IE.

Actualy, no The downloaded file is with zip extension this time, but it is again a plain text file with the same content.
