I'm looking for a good UML tool that will help create a map of OC and other scripts

I found BOUML, ArgoUML, and a few others,, but not yet sure if they will do what I want. I would like to aim the program at an install of a script and get a full UML diagram

Any favorites?

Thanks

Yes I love UML. this is actually how OOP was soposed to he used. when it was created in the 60's. UML is not actually new people used to use blackboards to design programs before even writing one line of code. unfortunately when JAVA and C++ came along with static methods UML went out of the window.

UML lets you design programs visually and will show the relationships between different objects like db erd diagrams. some tools even generate the code for you.

This is why I have design opencart without using static methods (because static methods don't exist in the OOP world).

its also why the people behind zend framework are a bunch of lairs who don't know how to program but because of marketing have tricked thousands of programmers into thinking their bloated framework is right way of going about things.

Interesting, no static methods (just learning them at the moment)

Do you have a favorite UML tool? There seem to be a number of pretty decent ones

Thanks :)
