Display problem in IE for malay language extension

The URL above is a malay language extension for OpenCart v1.4.9+. I used the previous version by Farid Zenon to develop this version. However, both version seem to have display problem in Internet Explorer (my IE version is v8.0, I don't know how it works on other version) where all the thing run out here and there. I don't know what cause this to happen because I do not have technical knowledge on php.

Anyone who is technical expert can please help to solve this issue? Please download the version, edit it and redistribute or just tell me what to do so that I can edit it and redistribute.
