I installed the CMS module a few months back and all was working well until now.

When you click on a category now it does not show the category or articles in that category. It shows the root homepage. (i.e http://www.domain.com/category-name now shows a replica of http://www.domain.com) This only happens to the categorys created by the CMS installation, all other categories are working fine.

The only changes made to the site recently is for some unknown reason my host auto updated a wordpress installation on to the root directory by mistake. It did rename the index.php file which i changed back once discovered.

Does anyone have any idea what needs to be done to get this to work again?

Is SEO turned on? Is the .htaccess file there? Go into the SEO word part, and remove it, then just use the natural links.

sounds like SEO is enabled but the line for seo for cms is missing from the index.php.
