I have a client (in the USA) with a store based on OpenCart. She delivers products free of charge to certain areas (on specific days of the week). She needs that option in her store software. Defining the free delivery zones using zip codes seems reasonable. Is there an extension that does this? If not, is there anybody who is able to write one? If so, how soon and for how much?
She currently runs version 1.4.9.1 of OpenCart. She also has Zone Shipping Plus extension installed, but I it doesn't seem to allow what she needs.

Zone Plus is the only extension I know of that supports zip code searches, so if that doesn't work for you, you'll probably have to have it custom written. You might want to post a request in the Commercial Support forum -- you might have better luck in someone picking it up.
