there is one product in our shop that seems to be causing problems. If you search for it in the storefront, the page goes blank. If you try and search/filter for it in the backend, the page goes blank. If you go to the page (ie. page 6) of the products list that the product is on, the page goes blank!
All other products are working fine. (as far as we can tell).
THis is a new install of opencart, and we migrated the products over from zencart. Everything migrated great - this is a new product added since the migration.
ANy ideas how to get access to this product again, or any idea what might have caused it in the first place? I am thinking I will have to go and remove this product directly from the database, unless there are any other suggestions.
Are you able to log into the admin screen ? If you can try disabling the product before you trouble shoot !
Check If the product added has any character encoding issues and did you check if its the same problem in all browsers

Thanks. I could not even get to the product to disable it. I thought that it might have some funny characters in it or something, but when I checked it in the database it seemed clean. I removed it manually from the database (hopefully right LOL), and things are all working again now. We have added the product again (fresh) and this time its fine.
Seems a bit strange, but hopefully it wont happen again!
