When customers place an order they don't get directed to "Sucessful Transaction", They get directed to a blank page.

Spoke with Sage and they say to check that successful URL is still valid and in place. Can anybody tell me how to fix this, the module. This is on Opencart 1.4.8.

Can somebody help or tell me where to look please? I have no idea where logs for the Payment modules are. Please help!

There are no logs as such for the payment gateway, there's only the default system log found at SYSTEM > ERROR LOG in the admin area. That's not likely to show much info regarding the issue though. When your customer does get redirected, where exactly do they get sent to (ie what is the URL in the browser address box?)

Hi Jay, I'm not sure mate, I will have to try and put a test order through myself as nobody takes any information to give back, just tell us to cancel the order as it has become duplicated. It's becoming a nightmare! I'm thinking of upgrading to the latest version of Opencart to see if that helps, although I'm worried that by doing so I'll open myself up to new bugs as it's taken some time to get the current installation working how it should :-/.

I'd recommend staying with what you have to be honest, and trying to fix the sagepay as like you say its likely to give you more trouble upgrading
