Hey everyone.  I love Open Cart so far but perhaps I have an issue that someone already knows about? Perhaps its not even an issue and an oversight. I have made some products downloadable and set them up properly. When the customer purchases the item they are then able to see the item available to download in their account. PROBLEM: The files are being altered somehow to an unrecognized format. I am using .ZIP for the files and they are small. Again, its like once they are placed in the download folder  they are being altered upon download. My download folder is set to 755. Any suggestions?

As far as I know when setting up a download it does not ask for exact name because it browses for the item on your hard drive and sticks it in the download folder.  What is taking place when the customer clicks on the item to download to where it would change the items format.

Thanks again

The customer sees the file as the mask value. Make sure it ends with .zip
