RC5 Not working payment , set in Japanese

The following message appears when OPEN CART is set in Japanese, and it pays by paypal.
The first payment by Cash On Delivery succeeded.
But, Payment by Cash On Delivery fails too after payment by paypal fails  .



"Configuration error: You MUST have created an order status for "Paid Unconfirmed" for every installed language. The following sql statement returned no rows select `order_status_id` from `order_status` where `name` = 'Paid Unconfirmed' and `language_id` = '2'"

This is not a bug. The error is quite clear. You need to make an entry for Japanese under the order status for Paid Unconfirmed... you will actually have to do it for all statuses

Goto Admin->Configuration->Localisation->Order Status
Edit each status and add the new title for the Japanese language tab
