Missing characters in translation like š,ž..

Hello im trying to translate 1.4.9.3 version oc to Croatian language.
I was using original english file in oc.

I make copy of english file to my hard and start translating but problem is when i get upload files my chars get corrupted.

For example Šnel it will write ?nel and so on for other who had some spec characters.

Was try to add Croatian translate for older version 1.4.7 to my Open Cart and all working except some files that need to be translate for 1.4.9.3

I cant find where is problem.



Maybe i did some wrong with this so culd u fill what will be inside for Croatian language

I fix the problem.problem was in encoding.i was using dreamweaver wich save files in ascii.then i open i notepad each file and save it in utf 8.after that all working perfect
