can anyone help me at all, I'm looking to set up an online cake shop, does anyone know if there are any free templates out there at all?

There isn't a specific cake theme, but choose something close to what you want and then customise it yourself to make it look exactly as you want. Or I can do that for you for a fee.

It all depends what exactly you want. If it's just changing the colours then I'll do it for whatever donation you feel is fit - it's not a big job.
If you want more than just a colour change then I charge £40 an hour. I'd need to have a better idea of what you want to give you a proper quote.

Well I'm not looking for anything big just the colour to be changed and maybe a banner at the top to look like a cake shop. The logo has a White back ground so maybe some cakes or some thing at the top what can u do some examples would be great.
