I don't think so - you just have to log in to PayPal and follow the instructions on customising your PayPal page - including uploading your own logo.

I loaded up my logo to PayPal standard via my PayPal account. No problem.

Something else to note: Down in the bottom right, where it says "Cancel and return to (email address)" - unless you set your account as a Merchant account, it cannot be set to show the name of your shop instead of the e-mail address you provided to PayPal.
This may or may not be an issue to a particular person, but personally, it looks strange if a business is showing the owner's e-mail address there instead of the business name.
