how to get paypal working

guys can any1 explain to me in brief how do i get my payment gateway working. Its a test site!!!!
Please list all the steps.

paypal standard?
1. Click on Extensions->Payment
2. Install Paypal
3. Edit Paypal
4. Enter your paypal email for receiving payments
5. Fill out the other information as you see fit
6. Don't bother with sandbox mode unless you have a sandbox account, it's just confusing.
6. Save
7. Wait for a customer to buy something
