Need Google Checkout Installed

I have looked everywere and I can only find the google module for 1.4.9. download,
but I do not have the ability to install.
Can someone direct me to a store or user that sells this gateway with install??

download all and save them to the respective folders.. it works for me. Now even i was stuck that i cant get the payment done.
