Weight Based Shipping question - RESOLVED

I'm trying to setup the Weight Based Shipping feature for US shipping.
But after installing and enabling the feature, I'm looking for the price/weight field, but can find it nowhere.

There is no 'Set the rates' field as described in this thread: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=114&t=12538
Where is there one master price/weight field/table?

You need to create a Geo Zone first. Once you do that, it will show up as a tab in Home :: Shipping :: Weight Based Shipping where you'll find the rate box.
