This extension makes slugs (Opencart: SEO Keywords) for all your installed languages when you save a product, category, manufacture and information page. It uses the typed name/title to make a slug. No more typing slugs manually. So if someone browse your shop in english all slugs are english and if someone browses your shop in lets say swedish all slugs are in swedish.

If the language is english or swedish it will reaplce "&" with "and" and "och", more languages can be added to this if you mail me or post in this thread what "&" shall be in your language.

I can make a version for 1.4.8 to if someone want a version for that one.

Demo: http://shop.rtvi.se/

Get here: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ion_id=648

Thanks for the link, my extension doesn't work like that. If you have a shop with 2 or more languages each product might have a different name on each language. With my extension you will not get only one slug but as many as you have languages installed.

Like this:
Swedish slug: http://shop.rtvi.se/utp-cat6-patchkabel---gul
English slug: http://shop.rtvi.se/utp-cat6-patchcabel---yellow

does this work for 1.4.9.1?

No more using Apsona, as they are not updated.

Yes, it works for v1.4.9, v1.4.9.1
Not tested on v1.4.9.2 yet.

Hi..

Below is another option:
http://www.thewebsitetailor.com/jquery-slug-plugin/

This is not an extension but a jQuery plugin so you have to modify the product name and keyword input boxes.
You can configure it in such a way that the auto-generated slug can be manually edited.
Will work on all versions - presumably.
