[MOD] Welcome Text Module

This extension allows you to make your welcome text box on the home page moveable to wherever you like. it also allows you to position it left/right although some customisations may be required depending on your theme to get it looking right

FYI the Welcome box is modular in 1.5.0

I had hoped as much, but thought since many still hold on to the older versions it can help at least a few, and it only took 30 mins to make hehe
