JNeuhoff > Import/Export gives error in 1.4.9.1

I am using your import export module on several shops, and I've installed it on a new 1.4.9.1 store just now, (downloaded the correct one)

However, it gives an error when trying to export,

Server error
there was an error when trying to reach
... /admin/index.php?route=tool/export/download&token=9bf31c7ff062936a96d3c8bd1f8f2ff3
server may be offline or configured incorrectly

this website runs on the same server as my others (actually even the same hosting package) and is the only one not working at this moment.

Do you have any idea?
