How bank transfer payment works

Hi,

I just wanted to get a little bit more information about how this payment option works? I tried searching for bank transfer here, and was informed that no suitable matches were found.

I saw that there was a $15.00 USD extension available for purchase, however, in looking through the demo OpenCart site, it looked as if this was also included by default.

My questions:
- How does the service actually work?
- Is my bank's information ever displayed?
- Are there any fees with this payment method?
- Is it actually included with OpenCart by default?
