html displayed

Hi , final stumbeling block i hope,

Iv had a look around the forums to see a fix for this but can find a difinitive solution, (sorry if this is going over old issues)

Iv tried replacing the fckeditor directory in admin/javascript
Iv tried removing : oFCKeditor.Config['DocType'] = 'DTD HTML'; from the tpl files
and various other attempts.

its strange because the information pages are fine.

if there is a fix for this can you describe it rather than "replace directories." or point me in the right direction.
