order in missing orders section in admin area

Hi there,

We created an opencart store and once someone bought a product there was no order confirmation sent out to the store owner and the sales was in the missing orders section.

The payment system we are using is sagepay to accept card payments etc.

The order is in the database but the order_status_id is set to 0. If I change this to 1 the order will show in the orders..

Any ideas?

something to do with sagepay not calling back to run the callback function. It's likely that your stock was also not updated.
But I do not know sagepay
