I am using opencart to provide a service of my, and everything goes smoothly (my payment method is Standard Paypal) and then when they are at paypal, and try to pay, Paypal says that it could not be finished, and no funds were taken from the account.
This happened only today, and no changes were made at all.
Does this happen als the time and have you tested it with the PayPal Enabled debug and seen what the IPN response is?Always mention version of your OpenCart!
