How do I set taxes to be applied to only those living in the state of Georgia. I am trying to test now and it is adding tax before I even go to checkout. So it wouldn't know what state I am in to justify taxing me. Thanks much
you probably have display prices with tax turned on. you need to turn that off. That's for those strange guys on the other side of the pond that use VAT.
