I am using the latest Open Cart release with a World Pay payment solution.

I am able to make a payment and a payment email is sent to both the customer and me. No information about the order is sent to either me or the customer and the order does not appear in the admin section until I filter the Missing Orders and change its status.

Can anybody please help me find a way to stop the orders going 'missing' and get email notification sent both to me and to the customer detailing what has been purchased?
