That will cause all sorts of issues, and is highly unlikely to happen tbh

Thanks! I know you used to have a login module too. Did you discontinue that?

The one I listed I think was based on mine and enhanced to add account details.. if not that one then another one was used from mine. But they should all do the same stuff

Great! Now, if you don't mind me asking, since Daniel is working so hard on making 1.5.0 modular (I mean, the layout system looks fab in the screenshots) is there a plan to include these items as modules (as opposed to fixtures) in the core?

Also, in Daniel's example, I see Categories in the left column.

Does that mean that if I put categories in left column I get a menu somewhat like 1.4.9.2, while if I move categories to header, I get a mega menu? If yes, then I can hardly wait to open the champagne and call you guys some nice adjectives ;D

Bad news. It seems the drag n drop system will not be used because there was no easy way to choose which pages a module is listed on. Instead, the individual modules will have a pages list and you can check which pages the module appears on. Seems a shame, I'm trying to think of a way to have the best of both worlds. Not fully sure why it wouldn't work the other way but I guess Daniel decided otherwise

How about having a drag and drop system as shown in Daniel's screenshots, but also, withing each box (module) have an edit button which would let people choose the pages...hmm?

Thinking a bit more, it could probably be done within the drag and drop system...technically it may not seem a 100% solution...but it's sort of a heuristic...

Let's start with the base layout - excactly what Daniel has. Then we add exceptions - there's a button at bottom of page that says add exceptions...clicking on that button creates a copy of the saved base layout. The user can select which page this is, move things around and save....

Whatsay, Q?

The feature that I've been waiting for is the Wish List feature. Will that be included?

I sell small items. A customer may find 100 items that she wants, but can afford only 20, so it would be helpful if she can save the items she can't afford in her wish list (for future purchase).

Thanks.

All the bugs have been fixed in 1.4.9.3 to date.
However, 1.5.0 has a lot of different structures so many of those fixes will need to be ported over manually. It is possible that some bugs will creep back in and likely a whole bunch of new ones will be there too. Bugs are a fact of life but there are no bug fixes to need in 1.5.0 yet since 1.4.9.3 has fixed them.
