Product to store (by manufaturer)

Hi everyone,

This is an extension to expose products on the same stores as their manufacturer in a single bulk sync.
The extension also allows to reset products back to the default store, based on their manufacturer.

This is the first extension I've created for OpenCart so there may be better ways of doing what I did in the code,
but the way it is setup and works seemed pretty straight forward and simple to me.
I tried to re-use as much of the existing modules functionality as I could to keep things tidy.

Please read the 'readme.txt' for a slightly more detailed description and explanation of what
it does and how it works.

As always, no warranties, no guarantees, provided 'as is'. Tested on 1.4.8b.
It affects the 'product_to_store' table, so BACKUP your files and database before use.
