PayPoint says order cancelled

I see that someone else has had the same problem but no-one replied with any ideas.

The issue is when you get to PayPoint, enter your card details etc... The next page just says transaction cancelled...

Cart is set as...

Test Mode: Always successful
Order status: Pending
Geo zone: all zones
Status: Enabled
Sort order: 1

This happens on their site after you are redirected there during payment?
