This is my first post - ever! I have installed Open Cart v 1.4.9.1 and all is looking good. I am impressed with the entire system. This really is a fantastic system. Bravo to all involved!
At this stage, I am setting this up as a test on http://www.awardads.com to see if I can actually complete an ecommece website. So far so good.
I have a Joomla site running at present, with no problems, so I have a good basic understanding.
I have set up my PayPal business a/c. I feel I have followed all the directions properly and have tripple checked all settings.
I have followed the OpenCart set up instructions shown here: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... h=32_35_60 - so to confirm, I have enabled PDT and IPN
I have been over these instructioons several times, on the chance I have omitted something. But all seems fine.
I have set the currencies to AU in all places I can find in the http://www.awardads.com/admin area.
I have a PDT token from Paypal and have put it into the PDT location in admin.
Sandbox is set to - no.
Transaction set to - sale.
Geo Zone - All zones
Status - enabled
Sort order - blank
Debug - disabled
The problem I am having is that the amount showing in the "Order Summary" page is showing a total in USD - but the amount of dollars to charge is the correct amount in AUD.
Please take a look at http://www.awardads.com . Place an order using the first product shown, as it has shipping weight set up. Please disregard all the colors on the site, I am playing with the system to see what I can do.
Thank you for your time. I appreciate any response you may offer. Please let me know if you need any further details.
I think you need to check your paypal account and make sure your primary currency is AUD.

Thank you both for your efforts. I appreciate this. Yes, this afternoon I was able to fix it.
I changed the admin/system/localisation/currencies from using the default US to AUD. This seems to have done the trick. I thank you again for looking into it.
