Shipping fee depending on order total

Hi!

I would like to have more shipping fees, depending from the total sum of the order. For example:
0-20 euro: the shipping fee is 2 euro
21-40 euro: the shipping fee is 4 euro
41-60 euro: the shipping fee is 6 euro.

If somebody knows an extension or a solution for this, please let me know!

I'm using opencart 1.4.9.1.

I have a Total-Based Shipping module that should work for you. (Looking at your rates, you could also set it up as a percentage: 10% of the total order cost.)
