I have installed opencart, but i can't find how to setup the tax rate. Can you help me?

Good advice given to all newcomers is to make use of the forum search before posting, as most questions have already been answered before.
In this case there is a document about tax in the contributions area here that should help you.

It is cunningly hidden, deep within the admin menu. I am surprised anyone can find it.
Admin -> Configuration -> Localisation -> Tax Class
The folder icon on the left of the list presented will then show you all the tax rates etc.

I tried downloading your Tax calculation file, but I can't seem to open it. It downloads as a file called "Howto" but there is no file extension on it. I opened it in MS Word 2003 and the only human read-able part was at the top, which reads "How to set up different tax rates for different geographical zones.doc" and the rest was gibberish.
