Hello,

I'm getting a re-direction problem when returning from a failed payment express transaction. I've downloaded and am using the Payment Express module.

I think it is looking for ... /shop/index.php?route=checkout/failure

There is no failure.tpl in my catalog directory (or anywhere else).

any ideas?

Hiya, Thanks for your reply. This hasn't fixed the problem, and created a lot more. We are using version 148.1.
Also noticed you didn't have px_callback in the new version.

Thanks,
Thing1

When we got to the Delivery Information page - the first page in the checkout process the view was all askew, there was a big gap in the middle of the white box and when I scrolled down the info floated around between 2 boxes. I'm using ie 8.

At this point I re-installed v148.1, and found that you hadn't included the checkout/failure.tpl which is what I understand is missing.

thanks.

There is NO checkout/failure.tpl .. It was a port from the old version of opencart that used to have a failure page. This one does not. I corrected those links now to point to the confirm page with an error message. But there were other issues that I fixed. I just tested it out and had no issues.

Not sure what Delivery information page means.. but be sure you upload all the new files as they have ALL changed. Except the pxcallback file.. that didn't change.. I added it back into the zip but it hasnt changed. The other files are needed

that page isnt affected by modules at all. Looks like you have other css issues going wrong there.. unless there is some hidden error.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused now. This error only ocurred after I installed your latest version v149.2. When I back it out to v148.1 it's fine. Can you think of anything I can check that may possibly have been affected?

Ok, Had a quick look through and have found the bug that was causing the issue in IE 8.

In catalog>language>english>payment>paymentexpress.php has an extra ?> at the end of the file.

I don't know much about php, but when I removed this everything started working including the initial fix for a failed PaymentExpress transaction.

Thanks for your time and help.
