Hello,

Our default Authorize.net module, which was taking orders with no issues, suddenly stopped working with no changes done on our end. We were running v1.4.8, but recently upgraded to 1.4.9.1 when this issued happened, but it did not fix it.

Basically, when someone enters in credit card information, it hangs on "Please wait" and does not do anything. The information does not even hit the Authorize.net backend, and it also appears when the customer hits "Confirm" and "Please wait" shows up that it crashes the server.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and do you have a fix?

I am also having same problem...
This is kind of big drawback of Open Cart......can anyone suggest please ???

Did you find a solution to your "Please Wait" problem? I'm having the same problem.

Hate to pile on here but I'm having the same problem!! Really need to get an answer on this one! Anybody got any ideas?

oh,
I found the solution.
In my 1.4.9.1 index page, I had Statcounter code running and which was disabling some of the shopping cart javascript validations....

So, do not insert any codes (Google Analytics,Statcounter etc) to your index.php page.....
You can use in home.tpl file inside template....
