options plus - multi store problem 1.4.9

i have installed this module and it works perfectly on the default site. but the options dont appear on any of the other stores. is this a bug or is it the limitations of the module?

one other thing lol......rather than listing a new sku for each option is it differcult to change that to list a differnt model number and price for each option instead?

eg: shoes - like each size is a different model number (-10, -12 etc etc) - pg100-10, pg100-12
so then the system would be able to use the customer group options to achieve wholesale pricing etc quite simply??
