Is there anyway of altering a shipping method name?
We use DHL but the Citykink extension would be OK if I could alter the name to DHL.

You'll find the text in that file, change it to the text of your choice
Also, if you want to change it in the admin area, it's in the same location but under the admin folder instead of catalog
