Bugfixes include:

- stock level update for product and options in Opencart
- order's serial-number included when when acknowledging notifications from Google (1.4.9.x only)
- Google API Version 2.5 support (1.4.9.x only)
- Google API Version 2.2 support (1.4.8 only)
