[0.7.9RC3]Wrong range in results list

In OpenCart's admin panel, whenever there is an empty list of something to be displayed,
it wrongly displays the empty results list as 'Results 1 - 0 of 0' instead of the expected 'Results 0 - 0 of 0'.

This is true for e.g.

/admin/index.php?controller=product_option&product_id=1
/admin/index.php?controller=option
/admin/index.php?controller=manufacturer
/admin/index.php?controller=download

Its funny, no matter how often you stare at that and know that it's wrong... its just so easy to ignore it. But good thing you are here to crack that whip
