Order edit is not showing editable text boxes

When I go into one of my orders and try to use the admin backend order edit facility but for some reason the price boxes are not editable as they used to be. Any ideas on this.

i'm using 1.4.9.1, and have uploaded a few mods to my server but dont know if they may have altered anything. i have recently uploaded Save & Continue mod from balaphp.

If anyone can shed some light on this it would be great.

It was changed to fix other issues, thus creating new issues.
