Thanks, but that turns everything back to what it was.
I have edited your css, taken out absolute positioning for the content box as that moves the box too far to the left and I can not adjust it in FF.
my issue is with getting the background colour of the footer to grey.
If I include .footer with background-color than the footer suddenly sits right underneath the items in content box instead of aligning itself to the bottom of column. setting the footer a and footer b with background-color works well in FF as it displays the whole footer as grey.
In IE only those divs become grey (see www.preyasjewellery.com.au/store).
I have attached the edited CSS.
New issue I have is with changing font colour of lisiting of what is in the shopping cart.
changed the .box .cart .a and .box .cart .b and description is now in the right colour except for the "1x" is still in black.
created a ".box .cart {" and set the right colour but makes no difference.
source code is:
Shopping Cart
1 x
Smokey Crystal earrings
Subtotal: $100.00

bitstomper you seem perplexed as to how luv2drive got your css...it's no miracle, I don't know how per say does it, but as you supplied the url, one way is if you have firefox browser you can add a utility addon called the webdeveloper utility bar, which helps you find out this kind of information, alternatively, you only have to type the url of the css file used.bitstomper wrote: that's weird.
I don't know where you got that code from but this is what I have in the default.css file (catalog/template/default/css/default.css):
#header .b a....
}
