Google Checkout Mod: Unknown Country Code: TP

I have used JNeuhoffs Google checkout mod. I'm on OC version 1.4.9.1.
I'm pretty sure I've configured everything but I keep getting the error: You have tried to post a cart with an unknown Country Code: TP
I'm really not sure what to try next. Anyone any ideas?
