Problem with create/duplicate a module

Hi!

I've duplicated Manufacturer module (the new module is "Neckline"), and all worked perfect, but when I select an option in "Neckline" box (at index.php), the page becomes white. If I replace the neckline_id in the url with an non-existent id, opencart works OK, because it shows me a "Neckline not found!" page. The "Neckline" box at index.php shows some of the "necklines" that I added, but it doesn't show all, and some of them have different id (in "Neckline" box has one id, and in the database has another one).

I've followed "How to create/duplicate a module?" topic, replacing all *manufacturer*.php with *neckline*.php, and inside these files, replacing "manufacturer with neckline" and "Manufacturer with Neckline" (I work with Linux, and I used sed command). In mysql, I created two tables "neckline" and "neckline_to_store" with the same structure as "manufacturer" and "manufacturer_to_store", and I filled them.

Any suggestion? Something I have missed? Any way to see where the error is? (in Admin/System/Error Logs there are no error logs)

I've uploaded the module files (there are 15 files, and they are the same as manufacturer module, but replacing manufacturer with neckline). If you want the sql table of neckline, I'll also attach it, although I've attached a picture of the table
