I have to add new payment methods and if chosen one of them, client will have to pay additional money.

Currently I have two payment methods:
1. Cash on delivery (only if picked up from store) - no delivery cost
2. Bank transfer - prepayment - goods sent via mail - no delivery cost

Together with previous methods I need additional payment options:
3. Bank transfer - prepayment - goods picked up from store
4. Cash on delivery - client pays for goods at post office. If he chooses this option, 1$ is added to his payment.

Anyone knows how to add new payment methods?

then the payment itself will be send through to your bank account or what?

if you have paypal account then you can use paypal as payment method

for the sipping you can use per item shipping just set 1$ for the value and base on the Geo Zone
