No order after payment

This is all Greek to me I'm afraid but there's your answer.

i just put in a new order and it now appears in orders section so not sure what was going on there...My only problem now is that i cannot send out any mails from orders section to "notify customers" any ideas?

I am using version 1.4.9.1. I ma having this problem as well. It DOES work when I use SandBox mode - which is really odd. In production mode, the payments record at PayPal, but IPN seems to fail.

I turned on debug so I could hopefully log the IPN callback. Here is what the line looks like. It does appear to be truncated for some reason - so I have to assume some kind of error happened there.

Does this look incomplete? This is all that shows in the log at this point.
