help with updating products and option plus data is removed

Hi just wanting to know if there is something in the database needs changing to prevent all option plus data removing after editing text etc. in the product form. When I edit and go to check the option plus to change a name etc. it has been removed from that product completely. If I have to update text on say about 100 products then I have to go in and redo the whole options so I guess if the database kept the data on edit somehow would be solution.

Does anybody have any ideas how to alter the database to make it work, would be appreciated thanks.

options plus purposely removes the options tab and model functions on the product edit page for this reason

Thanks for getting back to me. I am not fully understanding - I know this option tab is missing but when I want to edit the text in a product and it already has multiple options using option plus - when I go from the product page and go to view the options for that product they are gone like they never even existed. Is this how it is meant to work? Do I have to repeat the options every time I do a slight product edit?
