Difference between native AlertPay module and Qphoria ?

What is the difference between the default AlertPay module and the AlertPay module provided by Qphoria?

But as far as AlertPay, my module was just created first. Then Daniel made one to add to the core. Early on people said there were problems with the free one so I kept mine updated. Haven't tried it lately. If the core one works, then use it.
