Just upgraded to 1.4.9.1
when confirming order, paypal gives the following error: "Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address."

Yea, this is an unfortunately poorly developed error message from paypal. Most carts will pass their own shipping address, so you don't want the customer to be able to change it in paypal. But paypal has very weak address verification, so if it can't verify the address, instead of showing a simple error like "Merchant requires a verified address. The customer address being sent from the cart could not be verified".. it gives this much more confusing error.

So either you allow the customer to change his address, or only people with properly formatted addresses can be used. Paypal is such a pain
