anyone know what these errors are?

hey, i have recently upgraded from 1.3.2 to 1.4.9.1, ive been hacked a few times by these uxor folks which is in another thread by someone else, change pws multiple times and deleted all bad files etc hopefully it wont happen again but who knows..... im getting this error in the logs

I don't know.
But seeing that this thread has dropped to page 2 with no help

It looks like it is trying to open and close a file
My first check would be the permissions on the folders

but like I say, I don't know. I'm only giving you a bump back to the first page
