Setting Up Nochex

HI,
Can anyone help me to get Nochex working.
It works fine on my existing cart but am unable to get it to work on OC.

This is the info I had to give nochex for my existing cart.

You will also need to email NoChex support and request that they activate APC on your account
They will need the following information:
Responder URL: https://secure.mycart.com/payment/nochexresponse.asp
Email: {Your NoChex Account Email Address}

On the setup page at Nochex there is also these urls which I assume need to be filled in:

Cancel URL
Call Back URL
Success URL

Nochex is still active on my existing.
