Hello. I am getting an error when I create account. The error occurs after I create a new user account through the Accounts tab. Below is the output message,

Notice: Undefined index: fax in /home/content/a/b/s/azpc/html/oc/catalog/model/account/customer.php on line 4Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/a/b/s/azpc/html/oc/index.php:92) in /home/content/a/b/s/azpc/html/oc/system/engine/controller.php on line 27

Can anyone help decipher what is going on?

Hello.

I am new to this forum, So far I have found opencart very easy to install and setup. I seems to be very smooth. I have no real hiccups until now.

I am also getting a similar message like 'Sojourn' Does anyone know why this could be happening, I am sure I have setup the mail correctly to my server settings, as I have setup many email accounts to this server. So the settings are very fimilular to me.

Whats weird also even though this message appears straight after clicking on continue when setting up an account, the account is still being setup. Its just this error, cant have this happening to customers aye.

This is the error messge:

Your help will be very appreciated and I do thank you in advanced.

Cheers

Sojourn, did you manage to fix this error?
I'm getting the exact same error and I'm not sure which template is causing it.

If you switch back to the default template does it still happen?

If so, it'll be something in the template folder for this page.
