Although nothing has changed with my OpenCart 1.4.9.1 installation, a couple of orders have retained the "pending" status even after the customer has completed payment via Pay Pal Standard. The Error Log shows the following:

Two out of the last three orders have had this issue. The first and third order had the problem, while the second order properly changed to "processing".
